b) We open up the Kluyveromyces marxianus cell factory to provide pilot-scale platforms, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) services, and other related support for peers engaged in research and development of microbial synthesis and precision fermentation.

吕红教授从事酵母分子遗传学与遗传工程研究30多年，研究马克斯克鲁维酵母超过20年。
领衔项目《马克斯克鲁维酵母细胞工厂技术及应用》获2023年度上海市技术发明一等奖。
授权及申请中国发明专利50余项，国际PCT专利2项。马克斯克鲁维酵母蛋白合成技术专利家族数、涉及行业数等居全球首位。
复旦大学克鲁维酵母合成系统的发明人。
产业核心：酵母发酵研究应用产业专家 张海波博士
江南大学博士学位产业专家，湖北省产业教授。中国食品科学技术学会益生菌分会理事、中国生物发酵产业协会功能发酵制品分会理事。
高级工程师，从事酵母及其衍生物的研究与开发，
主持承担了863项目等各级科技项目12项、申请发明专利50余项，省优秀发明专利金奖2项，发表文章40余篇。
商业核心：全球功能性食品行业资深营销人士 姚志坚
从事食品与保健品行业25年，与国内外客户建立长期合作关系。公司业务覆盖原料，产品开发以及终端品牌（亚美唯他和唯他瑞）。
任职法国罗赛洛亚太地区营销总监16年，其明胶在食品，保健品，药品等行业的应用，市场份额从10%增长至60%，销量实现20倍增长；
以C端需求推动B端产业快速发展，2025年成功推动电商平台新增“葡聚糖”类目。
