公司核心技术团队来自于复旦大学、上海工业菌株工程技术研究重中心吕红教授团队,聚焦马克斯克鲁维酵母深加工,公司已获得授权发明专利2 项、在申请1项,发明专利授权7项,涵盖高纯度酵母蛋白及β-葡聚糖的制备方法、高产乳糖酶益生菌菌株及其制备方法、高产乳球蛋白、铁蛋白重组菌株构建及制备方法,同时在酵母代谢调控、分离纯化等领域形成技术壁垒。未来,公司将进一步拓展马克斯克鲁维酵母在医美原料、生物基材料等领域的应用,构建产学研用一体化的微生物合成生态。
